I designed this site using Microsoft Front Page 2000. There is some active content, so a browser with ActiveX controls is required. I have made limited use of JavaScript - the native Java support in most browsers is sufficient.

This site was designed for 1024x768 screen resolution with 32-bit color depth, but will work OK as low as 800x600 with 16-bit color. 

Windows Media Player version 9 or higher is recommended to view the videos. It should play OK on version 7 and higher, provided you have the version 9 CODECS, available from Microsoft at 

The primary supported browser platform is Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 with Service Pack 2, on Windows 2000/XP operating systems.

This site is hosted by IX Web Hosting on a dual processor Intel Xeon 2.8GHz machine running Red Hat Linux 7 and Apache Web Server.

I have performed limited testing on the following browsers:

Mozilla Firefox version 1.0.1 for Windows XP: normal operation, except for Windows Media video content.

Netscape 7.2 for Windows XP: links which should open in a new tab create a new instance of Netscape, which is pretty annoying. Otherwise normal operation.

Mozilla 1.7.3.0 for IBM's AIX operating system: normal operation, except for Windows Media video content.

Mozilla 1.4 for Sun Microsystem's Solaris operating system on computers with a SPARC processor: normal operation, except for Windows Media video content.

Lynx for Win32 (text only browser): obviously no graphics work - that's the point. Used for verifying what search engine robots will see.
